Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, and Security Analytics

Year after year, cyber security skills continue to be in high demand worldwide. The Information Security Forum 2018 Global Security Threat report states that in the coming year, the number of data breaches will grow along with the volume of compromised records, adding expenses to organizations of all sizes. The need for trained cyber security professionals is expected to continue to grow.

According to technology publication TechRepublic, cybersecurity roles rank among the most difficult to fill in the enterprise, with the talent gap in this field expected to reach 1.8 million jobs by 2022. The South China Morning Post reports that China's hottest job is cyber body guard, which involves protecting companies from hackers. In mid-2017, Australia launched its Cyber Security Growth Network and cited the serious skill shortage as a top concern.

The Micro Focus Software University program focuses on basic concepts, principles, and fundamental approaches to secure computers, applications, and networks, which are the foundations of Ethical Hacking and Security Management.
