Description

Use this script to preview the files and folders on a remote device via a UNC path. Selected files can be added to a lofical evidence file (LEF). The script allows the use of user credentials through use of the `net use` command, in which case there is no need to map to the path first. Both the user-name and password will surrounded in double-quotes automatically. Note that folders can only be selected in the folder pane; they cannot be selected as individual items in their own right. A folder will be added to a LEF automatically if any of its descendants are selected.

Last updated using EnCase 22.4. Originally written by James Habben, this script was developed for use in EnCase training. For more details, please click the following link: - OpenText EnCase Training
