The machine learning based service desk delivered on-premise or cloud
Based on the Micro Focus ITOM platform, the latest SMAX release includes Studio, a new feature allowing users to easily extend their service desk by developing or extending process-based applications without coding. In addition, this release includes in-place updates and extended public cloud support.
Service management becomes relevant across the enterprise, not just within IT. For me that has probably been the best outcome we could have hoped for.
